I just wish to send a quick note of appreciation for the way you have assisted us over the last couple of weeks. When we first saw the display home at North Lakes we both fell in love with it. Even after looking at dozens of other houses we always came back to this design as being perfect for us.

Our concern, as with most people when building, was what sort of job Alliance homes would do. Not knowing anything about Alliance Homes and having heard so many horror stories from people who have built and been frustrated by the building process, we approached the construction of our house with some trepidation. However the events of the last couple of weeks has shown us that not only do we have a house we love but we have found a builder that cares about the owners as well.

Sharon, your positive attitude and quick resolution to the flooring problem was really appreciated, especially since we now realise the problem was created by us. But it was Jeff's call to us on Friday morning that highlighted that you think about what you are doing and have the customers interest at heart. It would have been so easy for you to proceed with the electric hot water system, as it was what we had picked. But when Jeff called and advised that there was a problem he didn't just leave it at that, he offered a solution. Not many builders would have gone to that trouble.

So thank you for allaying our fears and making us feel comfortable with the construction of our house.

Hi Jeff,

Hope all is well, things are looking great and been exceptionally timely we both appreciate very much. We have also enjoyed meeting with Paul has he has gone out of his was to help us every time. We are both very happy with
the colours of the house and must give Sharon full credit for her guidance. We used both Glenn (Tiler) and Peter (Electrician) for our current work and found both to be as consistent with their service as we have experienced from day one.

A belated thank you for creating our home. It has nearly been three months since we have taken up residency and guests to our home love our style and colours. We are happy to recommend Alliance Homes to our friends and tell them of the positive experience we encountered whilst building our home.
