When Managing Director, Jeff Piconi established Alliance Homes he created a company based upon strong foundations. With over 30 years housing and development experience, Jeff Piconi has been a long term senior executive with major listed property companies. In addition to continuing participation in various consultative committees, he was Chairman of the Australian Housing Institute, Regional President and National Director for the Housing Industry Association, an honorary fellow of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
